Some days we all just have those “squirrel” moments right? Or is it just me? 😉 On those days I love to use my InTune.
It is a blend of essential oils carefully selected for their ability to enhance and sustain a sense of focus.
The carefully selected essential oils in doTERRA InTune Focus Blend work together, supporting efforts when you have difficulty paying attention and staying on task.
Personally, I like math, but it doesn’t always like me. I have to work a little harder to get it. When I took calculus it stretched me a little bit. I discovered that if I used InTune when I did my homework it helped me focus and helped me let go of that ‘overwhelm’ feeling that just the word calculus brings.
I’ve also known for a long time that certain smells imprint on our brains… like for me the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking brings me back to coming home after school. It works the same with studying. If you apply InTune when you study and then again right before a test it can bring back the memories of what you were studying.
Sandalwood, Frankincense, and Lime promote a sense of clarity, while the benefits of Patchouli, Ylang Ylang, and Roman Chamomile are calming and soothing. The pleasing aroma of InTune Focus Blend makes this essential oil blend an easy and delightful one to use. And the convenience of a roller bottle means you can easily bring it with you (or even send it to school with the kids so they benefit from it as they need it also!)
Some of the uses for InTune include:
- Apply to the temples and back of neck when doing tasks that require concentration.
- Apply to wrists or back of hands and inhale deeply to promote a sense of clarity.
- Use InTune at work to stay on task or when feeling tired mid-afternoon.
- Dispense InTune on a clay pendant and place on a desk or in other key areas in a classroom.
So next time you are feeling just a little “Squirrel” ish, reach for your InTune (which is 10% off in August 2018 so snap it up…or get a few so you can spread the love throughout the family;)
