With school right around the corner I thought I’d share my Back to School Must-have-List:
Balance: Diffuse this in the morning when everyone is getting ready to help calm and de-stress. Especially if there are anxious feelings or you have an I-don’t-wanna-go child.
Breathe Stick: Great to apply on the chest if there a cough or to support healthy breathing and clear airways. Even works on the bottom of feet.
Cedarwood: You never know when lice will rear their ugly little heads. Keep this handy just in case. For extra prevention, mix with water and a drop of vodka to make a coat and hat spray.
Clarycalm: If you have hormones and mood swings, this roll on is a must! Apply on wrists or lower abdomen. This oil has been known to mysteriously appear on the kitchen counter with a chocolate bar in our house.
Lavender: Swipe on the bottom of feet and wrist to help get excited littles to sleep or calm them. Great for cuts and bruises too.
Melaleuca: Cuts, scrapes anything to do with the skin. Even good for cold sores and blemishes.
OnGuard Touch: With all the germs being spread, this is super handy to keep everyone healthy. I like to run it down behind my ears and throat if I feel something coming on. Some parents use every night. I prefer Touch. Otherwise dilute at least 1 Tablespoon per drop of oil.
Oregano Touch: Swipe on the bottom of the feet for when kids have been exposed to a particularly nasty bug or they’ve caught it. I only recommend the Touch with kids or dilute it down a minimum of 2 Tablespoons per drop.
Hope these help your kids have a healthy and happy school year.
